Does Low Fat Mean No Fun?

Although our attitudes towards food and drink have subtly changed over the years, there will always be truisms against logic, reason and our own advantage. Some of these truisms is that it can not really be fun because it's healthy for you. Hence the hamburger and fries lure us because it's more "fun" than the safer alternatives. This must be, of course – why should we eat the less nutritious.

They adhere to the least nutritious stuff in a lot of ways as this is what they 're used to. Take someone vacationing in a foreign country as an example.
There's also a feeling why someone who's moving to another world would search for home comforts – in the UK it's a cliché born out of the fact that a "British traveler" would book in their hotel and unpack and aim for the closest English-style food and drink establishments.

Typically, as we expand our focus, we can find that the items we missed out of habit are actually very pleasant. If it's a light dressing salad or an item of foreign cuisine, there are some nutritious choices with plenty of flavor and enough of a "wow" factor to keep part of our diet ahead.
